compile error win8 / vc++ 2008

Hello everyone,

I was trying to compile SVN 3.02 version with visual C++ 2008 on Win8.1 and got the following error:

warning C4251: 'tesseract::TessPDFRenderer::offsets_' : class 'GenericVector<T>' needs to have dll-interface to be used by clients of class 'tesseract::TessPDFRenderer'

What am I doing wrong?

Can you please clarify what it is "SVN 3.02 version"???

I was using this tutorial to set up everything for the compilation. And it recommend to get the latest version over SVN.
