Tesseract not detecting the selected text in some images

Hi, 

I tried to extract text in the image attached alongwith, using Tesseract 5. But the tesseract is not able to extract the selected text "Apple". Other text are detected properly. I used image to data function in pytesseract for the same. I had set following configuration --oem  3 and psm 6. 

Also tried to threshold the image and give the input to tesseract. Still the same result.

For some other similar images, the selected text is recognized correctly.

Any solution for this?
