training tesseract based on langdata of tesseract version 3.04

I am informed by Mr. Quan creator ot Jboxeditor tool that
The current jTessBoxEditor version(1.4) is compatible with Tess 3.02. The training process follows Tesseract Training wiki: https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract/wiki/TrainingTesseract, which does not mention how to process the extra files that you've seen, which are probably pertaining to 3.04.

I am trying to train new text file and  generate Kan.traineddata using langdata released under tesseract-3.04.- in window vista as well as in ubuntu 15.04.

Guidance is solicited urgently.
