How to split a3 in single page

I've this page, can I split this A3 scan in 2 A4, during the export in pdf?

no.  Tesseract is OCR engine and not image processing tool.

Pdf export strictly follow rule to not modify input image e.g. you have this need you need to use other tools to create pdf.
