convert pdf to two languages problem

I use the following code to convert pdf to two languages.

tesseract /var/www/1234/1/pdf3.tiff/var/www/pdf3 -l eng + fas

.But in cases where it is a word or two words in English, it turns the text into a problem

?How can this problem be improved
