how to update tesseract-ocr from 3.03 v to 4 in linux

Hello Everyone,

              I'am using tesseract-ocr with javacpp to read text from an image .But its not working if i read data from Passport .Can i know how to update tesseract-ocr from version 3.03 to version 4 in linux.
