error while converting pdf file to tiff using command

hello everyone, for testing tesseract i convert the pdf file to tiff file and after 10 files(each contains 7000-8000 characters), there is this error that says
can anyone tell me the steps to solve it
convert-im6.q16: DistributedPixelCache '127.0.0.1' @ error/distribute-cache.c/ConnectPixelCacheServer/244.
convert-im6.q16: cache resources exhausted `/tmp/magick-3940yAROxsYRQ3L219' @ error/cache.c/OpenPixelCache/3984.
can anyone tell me the steps to solve it
