failed to add tesseract400d.dll as reference in visual studio 2015

Hi, 

I try to add tesseract400d.dll (that was compiled successfully based on master branch) as reference in a project of visual studio 2015. but, always get such an error message, like " A reference to 'C:\tessdata\tesseract\build\bin\Debug\tesseract400d.dll' could not be added. Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component." ... no idea what's wrong here... plz advise me. thanks!
