How to find a time code text from an image

Hi,

I want to get the time code text from an image. This text has a specific pattern. "hh:mm:ss:ff" is the pattern, where  h= hour, m = minute, s = second, f = frame number.  How do i tell tesseract that i want to find text with this pattern ?
