How to get paragraph wise text in Tesseract ?

I am new to development, I am using tesseract to get text from image.Its all working fine but the text on image is returning as single paragraph though there are many paragraphs.In the attached image it has to return each message as each paragraph but its returning the text as whole paragraph.How do I resolve this? Please help me.

SetPageSegMode(PSM_AUTO)

Yes,but it did not solve my issue.
