How to use trained data from folder tessdata_best?

Hi All,

I wonder what´s the correct way to call the best trained model files.

I have downloaded one of the best trained models and created this folder: \tessdata_best

I´m using this code:

tesseract sample.tiff out -l pol

how can I call the content in folder \tessdata_best from the command line?
