Training text Issues in creating own traineddata

I am working on training tesseract for a while now, but i haven't got any clue about how to place text in my training_text file. i have attached my training_text file please guide me if the file is correct.

And how can i train the existing arabic ara.traineddata to read arabic numerals also. I want a traineddata file for arabic to read arabic alphabets and arabic numerals as well.

Please have a look to the attached file and guide me for any corrections
