Train custom symbol with string as output

Hi,

I have a question regarding tesseract. Is it possible to train an image with a custom symbol so that tesseract will recognize this and return me a whole string so that I can identify which image exactly was recognized ? With custom symbol I mean for example a chart in black and white and when I use tesseract I'd like to get for example "symbol.chart" as output. Is something like this even possible with tesseract and when yes how can I do that ?
