Tesseract failed to extract text from clear picture

I've this image file with text and when I try to extract the text using Tesseract I got the response of "Arrangz m zlphzhzutzl nrdzrVMJAL" which is wrong. How can I configure Tesseract to get better result? Can anyone please help me? Thank you

this image quality is really poor
tesseract need at least 300 dpi image to reach a good result
