I have installed it, but when I try to run tesseract I get:

tesseract: symbol lookup error: tesseract: undefined symbol: _ZN9tesseract10SIMDDetect15avx2_available_E

OK, I've found a solution.

You have to install

sudo apt install libtesseract-dev libleptonica-dev liblept5
