License Plate

Hello 

I try using tesseract to recognize vehicle plate ,  I follow most of image processing  (resize , convert to gray scale , remove noise ,  thresolding  , skew correction)  to enhance recognition and also find contours and segment the plate characters , however the result is not good 

I don't need to go with the train tesseract 

Please anyone can adive
