Cannot able to train more than 40000 characters

to tesseract-ocr

I can't able to create the traineddata, for more than 40000 images. I have generated the box/tif file of 230 MB. If I train that for OCR, it shows image too large. Please resolve my issue. Or give a brief explanation for training the OCR. I have TIF and BOX files inside the traon-ocr. When I start to train the data, it shows an error as "image too large". Provide me the solution
