problem in loading pdf

I am using 3.5 on w8
It was working fine but recently I have also loaded 4.0 beta that is
installed in separate folder and is running.
However, in 3.5, when I loaded a Hindi pdf file (made using MS Word)
today, it gave the enclosed error message, telling about tmp1B43.tif error.
What is it and how to resolve it?

ADD: English pdfs (source not known) are loading and gettin ocr-ed
correctly in 3.5.
