chi_trad failing on a specific character

So I've started using Tesseract-OCR for a simple project, but I've now realized the accuracy for Chinese simplified and traditional might be pretty bad.

I can't seem to get this->圖 character to actually be recognized by Tesseract. No matter what i do. I dropped it alone into a tif image and it still can't recognize it.

Can anyone else seem to get it to work?
