Specific Unichar Ambigs causing crash

Hi,

With Tesseract 3.03, the following image is failing if the unichar ambigs is modifed as below:

Combine Tessdata with only following content in eng.unicharambigs (The existing ambig rule for ’ ’ can be modified too.)
