jTessBoxEditorFX - Tesseract box editor & trainer

jTessBoxEditorFX is a new Java box editor and trainer for Tesseract OCR data. It is written using JavaFX to address the current issue of rendering complex scripts existing in Java Swing toolkit. 

The program requires Java Runtime Environment 8u40 or later. Just like the previous jTessBoxEditor version, it can:

- read images of common image formats, including multi-page TIFF

- edit box files

- generate TIFF/Box files for use in training new languages

- integrate support for full automation of Tesseract training, including all new training commands

- bundle the latest Tesseract Windows training executable

Hi, I used jTessBoxEditor for traning tesseract for some symbols. It has very simple but quite impressive accuracy. You can create easily box and tiff file for chosen language. easily training can be done. it proved very much helpful to me as I'm newbie to tesseract.
