tesseract dont read text from image

hello guys i use last version tesseract on c#

i cant read text from this image, i try some settings and PageSegmentationMode but result is ""(empty)

I think it is necessary to configure that would read on 1 character, but i dont have idea how to do it.

Please help me, sorry for bad English.

I used tesseract from command line with traineddata from tessdata_best.
