--tessdata-dir help

Hello,

I have tesseract 3.02 installed and windows 7

I want to use --tessdata-dir command from tesseract CLI , but it doesnt work .. 

i know about the tessdata_prefix in environment variable.

could anyone help me in this regard or provide me with examples..
