Settings or Finetuning for Bookscans from Overhead-Scanner

Hello,
I work for an Historial Organization; scan and ocr her Books from 1970-1980.
At Beginning, I have destroy the Books to his pages and scanning the pages once per once with a normally Scanner.
Now, I have me buy the Fujitsu ScanSnape SV600 Overheadscanner.
This Scanner comes with his Software for Scan and optimize the Scans and the ABBYY FineReader for ScanSnape 5.
By scanning and ocr a Din-A4 Book; open Din-A3; the recongnization from ABBYY Finereader is for the upper and midle Lines good, but for the down lines not so good.
Now, I have the question: can I setting or Finetuning Tesseract 4 for better results ? In Atachement one page from the Book. I can you upload a multi-page-pdf; please tell me the link for upload!
