Issue installing Tesseract-Langpack-OSD dependency on REHL

The REHL server I'm installing Tesseract is not connected to the internet, so I'm installing from .rpm packages. I moved the Tesseract-4.0.0 rpm over to server box and tried to install it, got a few dependency issues and I resolved them all except for one. 

When I try to install Tesseract-4.0.0, I get this error: 

error: Failed dependencies:
        tesseract-langpack-osd >= 3.99 is needed by tesseract-4.00~git2992-1.1.x86_64

And when I try to install tesseract-langpack-osd, I get this error:
error: Failed dependencies:
        tesseract is needed by tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-4.1.noarch

What should I do to resolve this? Thank you.

Did you downloaded  tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-4.1.noarch rpm?

I did. That's the dependency that fails to install.

How did you install it and what was error message ( tesseract-langpack-osd )  when you tried to install it?

sudo rpm -i tesseract-lang-pack-osd-4.00~git30-4.1.noarch.rpm 

I tried yum install as well but it kept trying to download dependencies off the internet.

Oh sorry, it was just what I posted in the OP.

Are you saying you need the full stacktrace?

Did you tried to install all packages at the same time (e.g with one command)?

I am having the exact same problem. tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-4.1 and tesseract-4.00~git3083-1.1 formed a dependency loop and can't be installed.

And that is not problem of tesseract project :-(

You should contact directly packager.

I had the same problem.  

One dependency to install  tesseract-4.1.3+git4271-3.1.x86_64.rpm is  tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-5.40.noarch.

When I try to install  tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-5.40.noarch I have a loop dependency.

Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests

   - nothing provides tesseract needed by tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-5.40.noarch

This was solved when I installed all dependecies with one command.

Step 1 - Download

wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Alexander_Pozdnyakov/CentOS_8/x86_64/leptonica-1.78.0-3.41.x86_64.rpm
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Alexander_Pozdnyakov/CentOS_8/noarch/tesseract-langpack-eng-4.00~git30-5.40.noarch.rpm
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Alexander_Pozdnyakov/CentOS_8/noarch/tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-5.40.noarch.rpm
wget https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Alexander_Pozdnyakov/CentOS_8/x86_64/tesseract-4.1.3+git4271-3.1.x86_64.rpm

Step 2 - Install

yum install -y leptonica-1.78.0-3.41.x86_64.rpm tesseract-langpack-eng-4.00~git30-5.40.noarch.rpm tesseract-langpack-osd-4.00~git30-5.40.noarch.rpm tesseract-4.1.3+git4271-3.1.x86_64.rpm
