cmake post build step crash with PGO enabled in Visual Studio.

libtesserat has a post build step as follows. cmake has a bug that crashes it if Profile Guided Optimization is enabled in the build. Can anyone suggests a work-around or explain to me what this step does?

"C:\Program Files\CMake\bin\cmake.exe" -E __create_def D:/Petri/tesseract/Win64/tesseract/Win64/libtesseract.dir/Release/exportall.def D:/Petri/tesseract/Win64/tesseract/Win64/libtesseract.dir/Release/objects.txt
