Tesla Approved body shop

Someone brushed my front driver side wheel and bumper and had just got the black matt PPF which seems to have saved the body of the car but still prefer to have a Tesla approved body shop take a look before i re-wrap the car. Other drivers insurance is paying (GEICO has been exceptional) so I want to get it done properly,

Any recommendations for TESLA approved body shop close to Princeton. Mountain View in Wayne sounds good, but seems too far and my experience with Ultimate in Edison several years ago has not been the best.

Any view on going to a non TESLA approved body Shop.

I had a very good experience with Collision Restoration in Fairfield New Jersey. Seem to get the work done right on time and got the parts quite quickly.

I’m in Flemington but I have had to use Peotter’s Autobody twice which is all the way in Summit. They always do great work and return the car looking better than it did before.

totally agree - Peotter's does an amazing job all around. Their paint blending is amazing. They have been working on Tesla's for about 10 years now. Probably the first Tesla approved auto body shop in NJ.

Shankar,

Turns out Coleman's is a Tesla body shop.  That's Coleman's as in the GM dealership.  Their service department decided to get into the Tesla business and now they do more Tesla work than anything else.

They are close to Princeton on Rt 1 near Quakerbridge Mall AND pretty much across the street from the Tesla service center.   They seem to work pretty well with Tesla and get their parts quickly.

I've used them twice and plan to go back.   I'm not sure they can't do some mechanical work as well.

Interesting.... I drive by there all the time. Will have to keep my eyes out for Teslas being fixed. Probably not a bad idea for them as they have hardly any cars these days.

I used Branning a few months back and was very pleased with the work. They do a fair amount of Tesla work - when I dropped my car off, there were at least half a dozen teslas in the parking lot in varying states of damage.

Resurfacing this, I wanted to see if any Tesla-certified body shops in the Central Jersey area have come up in the last couple of years that people would recommend. I see Colemans and Branning from the prior emails.
