spam anyone?

Anyone know how to contact the list owners to see if we can cut down on the spam?

I tried the contact link on groups and got a bounce saying it doesn't allow contacting owners.

Then I guess we're stuck. It's a shame that people set these groups up, then leave and don't bother to recruit a replacement mod.

Fortunately, they go to my spam folder, but then I need to monitor for actual messages....

The original owner did leave the group but there are four moderators who will approve pending posts and ban users as needed.

Unfortunately the filtering algorithm is not perfect and some posts bypass the moderation filter.

Dan, you are welcome to help if you have the time, I'll set you up as moderator.
