Restore EBS volume from snapshot with Terraform

Hi Folks,

I would like to know if it's possible to build an instance while restoring the EBS volumes from a snapshot, with Terraform.

Looks like you can specify a snapshot id on the aws_instance resource (https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/aws/r/instance.html#snapshot_id). 

Maybe also relevant: https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/aws/d/ebs_snapshot.html
