[HELP]Terraform is not working after upgrade to MacOS 10.13.1

I tried to run terraform after upgrade to Mac OS X 10.13.1 and get the following error message.

Before the OS version upgrade, everything is working well.

That's a very old version of terraform, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was not supported in newer OS
