Terraform + AWS GovCloud

Does anyone know if Terraform works on AWS GovCloud? I am wondering if the API endpoints are different from commercial AWS.

Yes they are different endpoints. I have not tried it there yet...

`us-gov-west-1` is a valid AWS provider region in Terraform. I've not used it, and don't know a way to test it offhand, but it *should* work :)

Terraform works in GovCloud, I have successfully  just launched a AMI in GovCloud using Terraform.

hey stephen , i work for national lab i was just curious who you worked for ? we wrote our ATO so we can use any US based AWS resource.
