failed to create video track constraintnotsatisfiederror

I am using temasys plugin with WebRTC adapter.js

I have 2 users.

1) User1 is in Chrome and User2 is in IE.

2) User1 makes video call to User2

3) First time everything works fine.

4) Now User1 ends the call.

I have written following code to stop the Media streaming.

  localVideoStream.getTracks().forEach(function (track) {

      track.stop();    

   });

5) Now User1 tries to make another call to User2 and then I get following error in IE console

    a) failed to create video track constraintnotsatisfiederror

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated

It would really be great if you could provide us with a small sample that consistently reproduces the issue.

That would get your issue to be prioritised :)
