Sims crashing with segmentation fault error in libshmlib.so

Does anyone familiar with the following error:

I'm getting this error for large threaded sims(>16). On some m/c it runs fine but on other m/c it fails almost every time. Just wanted to make sure if there are issues related to Tejas backend module(transfer engine) or it's more of platform related issue!!

I'm using Tejas_1.4
