Hi All,

Is anyone else have issues with N4l blocking these 2 apps from working? 

Every time there is a new N4L project these sites and protocols need to be reopen.....why??? 

I remotely support Staff across 70 School's and this year I have had to request MAC's at individual School's every time I need to remote in, this is getting beyond a joke waiting for tickets to be answered, 6 days of waiting and no response on the last one.

Don't take offense guys, instead fix the issue of inadequate support to schools and techs!!

HI Mark,

Sorry I have no idea how to help, but I feel your pain.

3 days to get a simple website re categorised. No ability to add websites for unblocking is a super pain. 

The Class/lesson has well finished before it is unblocked. 

My students have now started jumping on their own data if a site is blocked which opens them up to the whole internet including the really bad stuff.

Hi All,

We have also had many issues over the years with support from "excellent support" to "What is going on? Will someone respond?".

Hopefully MOE will help clarify the SLAs so schools can better understand the support we should be getting.

Tried to change the name of a device in MyN4L today - nope, not trusted enough for that privilege sorry (can't click 'save' - it's greyed out). The only way is to escalate. Bah - I'll just leave it with the wrong name then.
