Kris is this the same guy who was messing with your pace line ? I think maybe not unless he was yo-yoing through the field like mad. He was such a goof riding the shoulder on the wrong side of the road on the paved section! Bfly seems to be borderline lawless so idk, why not?

YES that was him!

He ended up getting a flat which is why you saw him in your group.

I was pretty annoyed that he was interfering and riding super unsafe in a group of people racing near the front of the race. 

And yes there’s an e-bike category but they supposedly check the bikes to make sure they’re class 1 or whatever it’s supposed to be. I don’t know how he caught up to us so fast

I know last year I got passed just at the top of the climb before the road turns to blacktop to make the descent into inlet and the guy on an e-bike made a comment like “ I should get one of these”
