Dear All,

 

Please note that the JA9000_Kanchadewa_SLN_EBTS new site installation has been completed as per the WO. However, the following issues remain unresolved and require necessary arrangements from the respective parties:

 

• EBTS setup installed without an outdoor cabinet.

 

• AC to DC converter installed without backup batteries. In the event of a commercial power failure, the whole site goes down without external alarms. (Already informed)

 

• External power alarm configuration and Neteco connection cannot be completed due to the absence of backup. (Already informed)

 

This is an escalation for your urgent attention. Kindly make the required arrangements to resolve these issues.

This ticket was rejected at the initial payment stage due to the required images not being available. This will delay our payment process. Therefore, please follow up closely until this issue is cleared.

 

Going forward, similar rejections will also be directed to you for close follow-up until resolution.

 

Please follow the below process for handling these types of rejection rectifications:

 

1. Central PM rejects the documentation stage due to missing images or rectification requirements.
2. WH24 ticket is then moved to the “Document Verification Rejection” stage and assigned to us.
3. I will escalate the matter via email, mentioning the required corrections.
4. After that, you can start the weekly follow-up process.
5. Indika should schedule the site visit within a few days.
6. Required details should then be shared with Muditha for the revised documentation.
7. Muditha should send the corrected document to me.

 

Please ensure that stages 5, 6, and 7 are followed up closely, as we have previously experienced delays in the resubmission process.
