Trying again with Tharwa via Tuggeranong. Length is 62km.

 

Start Deakin Shops at 0715 finish at Farmers Daughter about 10:15. Please notify of your intention.

 

Forecast is frost, sunny, light wind, -5oC to about 5oC at finish.

Brrr.. feels like minus 8 outside just now!  I’ve given up early starts in icy conditions so no 7:15 Tharwa for me.

MTB and gravel  a bit later in the day can be good options in winter as you work a bit harder at lower speeds to keep warmer.

I don’t mind riding later, say 9:15 at Deakin. Either road CU loop or MTB/ gravel Zoo Pines n Arbo. I’m easy.
