Toggle "wrap around" in FASTA and HTML output

First and foremost: have a very nice day!

Secondly: I very much like the HTML output of t-coffee, except that I would like to see the output without wrapping around every 32 characters. Is there a possibility to set that in t-coffee, or do I have to write a script to modify the output file? Same goes for the FASTA output.

The 32 is a bit annoying and a left over of the time when we used to print these things. I should probably change the default

The following flag -aln_line_length=<value> will solve your issue. It will impact all the output formats

I have just realized it was not properly documented. It will be in the next release.
