Always iRMSD-APDB Failed

Hi.

 

When I was trying to do a iRMSD-APDB multiple sequence alignment, it kept on showing me “iRMSD-APDB failed You request could not complete successfully”. My friend and I have tried for more than 10 times already. : (

 

 

What can I do to overcome this error? Hope to see your reply soon. Thanks.

Hi,

To Use APDB, your alignment must include at least 2 sequences with a known structure.
These sequences must be named according to their PDB identifier, followed by the chain index (if any) ex: 1fnkA
