Yes and the fact that biggest deed that will be the enormous increase in property tax. That will force out small homeowners. Who do you think will buy up the properties? 

Those same or even bigger deep theft people. 

But in this case it's not called Theft. It is called "Enterprise"

Rockefeller, the founder of Standard Oil, reflecting his perspective that his vast and dominant oil business was simply a product of "enterprise" and free-market competition, not an illegal monopoly or government collusion.

Correction 

Yes and the fact that THE biggest deed THEFT will be the enormous increase in property tax perpetrated by the current DEMOCRAT party.

Which also runs the entire patronage system here in New York City.
