Change the notifications enabled/disabled status for an app

I want to automate the following sequence of actions with tasker:

1. Settings-Notification Center-Notification Manager-App selection (for example, Viber) - and action selection (Disable notifications\Show without sound).

2. or you can achieve a similar result with an active notification by moving it slightly to the right. Then you will see the settings wheel, and then the action selection menu (Disable notifications\Show without sound\Show with sound).

Can you tell me how to do this?

This should work in Android 7.0

I want to note that this task is very easily solved by a macrodroid. But I want to solve this problem with tasker.

Yes, Root is needed.

I replaced in your example "com.google.android.youtube " on "org.telegram.messenger". There are no errors. But there is no result. Notifications from the telegram app still arrive.
