Did we have a date and time scheduled for the December meeting yet? Nonie, I know you had mentioned that Valpak would host (awesome), so I can go ahead and get it posted on Meetup for RSVPs if it's set, and Donny can post something on the website about it.

We have secured the Valpak Manufacturing Center for Monday 12/8/14 for 10:00-11:30 a.m.

I am hoping that the Meetup will help us to get a decent Attendee List. This does not mean that if you are not on the list you cannot get in but it is much less efficient.

Attendee List: The group will need to provide a list of attendees two weeks before their event, and a final list the day before their event.
- Visitors will be required to check in with Security upon arrival.
Badge: Authorized visitors must wear badge/name tag at all times while on Company premises.
Parking: Visitors attending meetings must park in the general parking lot (though those with a physical disability may park up front, with the proper placard).
Smoking: All entrances and walkways to our facilities are smoke free. There is a designated smoking area with a receptacle located near the flagpole.
