Fetch Custom Field value from API

Hi group! Anyone knows if the value of custom fields can be fetched/retrieved by a call to the API? I don't seem to find any reference to it in the docs (at least when I reviewed it in depth a while back) but maybe I missed it. Thanks in advance!

Hi German, there are two endpoints per item to get definitions and values
