Plugin API

Hello:

I may have asked this in the past, and if so, I apologize, but is there a reference document for the plugin API? Actually, my question has three parts:

1. Is there a tutorial or reference document for creating a new plugin for Taiga?

2. Is there a marketplace or other source for which I can search existing Taiga plugins?

I have a couple of ideas for plugins I'd like to implement, not the least of which is a small plugin that will utilize the existing API to read from multiple repository sources (e.g. read from multiple Github repos simultaneously).

Any idea where I might start to develop something like this?
