500 Internal Server Error

Hi all,

I've Taiga installed on premise, not running in docker.

After a server reboot, I've a strange behavior in the application. The users can login in the application but they can't see any projects. 

If I see the django admin panel, I can see created projects, users etc, but every time I try to edit a user, or edit a project, I receive a Internal Server Error message in browser. 

I can't find any logs for taiga, journalctl shows nothing more thank "boot". I also tried to run backend manually using gunicorn to see errors, but nothing to show also.

Can you help me trying to understand the error or even debug it?

Also, more information:

- It's possible to create a new user using admin panel, but it's not possible to edit.

- It's not possible to edit or create project (internal server error for both situations)

- Some entities don't have any problems (it's possible to see, edit and create tags for example, using admin panel).

can you specify the documentation you followed?

did you change anything before rebooting? why the reboot?

before rebooting, did the users see their projects?

did you stop `taiga.service` and run taiga back with something like:

(taiga-back) taiga@taiga:~/taiga-back$ DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE=settings.config python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8001

and this didn't show anything? did it work?

 

Can you help me trying to understand the error or even debug it? 

let's try with runserver and maybe something arises. Good luck!
