How do I let the team estimate Time for each task inside User Story?

As I'm seeing, I can find only "Points" that too only for User Story level. But not task level. 
Highly needed one is to let user Enter how many hours each task might take.  Is it possible to do with current application?

We wrote this article some time ago about why we don't support time tracking out of the box and what your alternatives with Taiga.

but I figured out we could add custom fields to tasks, that helps.
