GSOC 2020 Self-Introductory Post

Hello everyone !!

I'm Harsh Gupta and am a 2nd Year Undergraduate student at IIT Indore pursuing a B.Tech in Civil Engineering.I have been programming since the last 2 years in Python and C++ and have been building various web and user applications in Python.

I also take part in various algorithmic competitions mostly through the use of C++.I have taken various Linear Algebra and Calculus courses in college and came across SymPy then.I am passionate about building python applications to solve various problems which will reduce the time and effort required to solve them by hand.I want to work on the project of 'Continuum Mechanics:Create a Rich 2D Beam Solving System' as a part of GSOC 2020.
