Self Introduction and issue #17396

Hello everyone !!

I am Mitanshu Mittal, a final year undergrad student studying mathematics and computing at IIT Guwahati. I am very fascinated by sympy and want to contribute. I am interested in GSOC 2020. I have 2+ year of programming experience in python and done a bunch of web, ML  projects in it. I have studied a fair number of mathematical courses in college including scientific computing, probability, statistics, optimization, matrix computation, linear algebra, modern algebra, stochastic calculus, discrete maths, ODE, real analysis. I am interested in mathematics projects.

Just to get started, I am working on this issue https://github.com/sympy/sympy/issues/17396.

I am unable to understand which functions should be added and what code printer is about. Also where the changes will reflect in codeprinter.py or pycode.py?
