Integration - Risch Algorithm

Hello,

can someone please tell me how should I go on understanding the current Risch Algorithm implementation. The docs doesn't explain the algorithmic details and also in the free version of Manuel Bronstein show very few pages in preview.

Don't worry about the google books copy of "Manuel Bronstein" (which doesn't have all pages), I have the Full version of that book. I can give you, if you want.

Though I am not sure If I should attach a copyright material here.
