GSoC 2016 : sympy.physics.quantum

Hello,
My name is Cemre Göç, I am a 4th year student at Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. I am interested in sympy.physics.quantum package however Github page says that there are no mentors present at the moment. What is the current status of this topic? How should I proceed from then on.

No one has really worked on that package significantly for a number of years. You are welcome to work on it if it interests you. But you will likely need to drive the ideas for future additions yourself. There are a number of bugs in the issue tracker that need to be fixed. If you write one of the best proposals we will find a mentor.
